We are seeking a motivated Frontend Developer (SDE I) with 1-3 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and possess a strong foundation in problem-solving, essential JavaScript and TypeScript skills, React expertise, and proficiency in HTML/CSS. The candidate should also have a grasp of version control with Git.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement user-facing features using React and related libraries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end systems.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Participate in code reviews, write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and adhere to best practices and coding standards.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end systems with APIs and back-end services.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth user experiences across various browsers and devices.
Ideal Persona of the Candidate (Must have):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

1-3 years of relevant professional experience in frontend development.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

DOM manipulation and basic understanding of Web browser

Proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with React in building scalable web applications.

Sound knowledge of HTML and CSS for crafting responsive and visually appealing interfaces.

Familiarity with Git version control for collaborative software development.
Good to have:
– Familiarity with TailwindCSS for efficient styling.
– Exposure to NextJS for server-side rendering and React applications.
– Experience with Storybook for UI component development and testing.
– Knowledge of React Form solutions for effective form management.
Additional Preferences:
– Personal projects or contributions to open-source initiatives are a strong plus.
– Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and challenges.
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
