Role & responsibilities

• Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner
• Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification of the candidate should be HSC / Graduate/ Post Graduate ( NO LLB, PHD, Civil Engineer)
• Candidate should be flexible in working during Night Shift and Work from Office ( 5 DAYS WORKING)
• Candidate will be getting 1 way cab Facility
