Production – OSD (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling)
Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2 – 6 years in OSD manufacturing
Technical Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant (TA / Sr. TA)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree
- Experience: 2 – 8 years in Granulation, Compression, Coating, or Capsule Filling
Production – Oral Liquid & Nasal Spray
Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2 – 6 years in Oral Liquid / Nasal Spray production
Technical Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree
- Experience: 2 – 8 years in Oral Liquid or Nasal Spray manufacturing
Packing – OSD (Blister & Bottle)
Technical Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 2 – 8 years in OSD Packing (Blister / Bottle)
Key Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production & packing equipment
- Experience in batch manufacturing records (BMR) and documentation
- Ability to handle troubleshooting and in-process checks
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Exposure to regulated markets is an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production/packing equipment
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Support continuous production and process improvement
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering teams
Salary & Benefits (Approx.)
- Technical Assistant / Sr. TA: ₹2.5 – 5 LPA
- Executive / Sr. Executive: ₹4 – 8 LPA (higher for strong profiles)
