– Review customer reported requests/issues
– Work with Infor support team, PM and Engineering to review customer reported requests/issues
– Closure of Customer tickets with appropriate resolutions
– Work on GRC standard implementation from development side.

Position Summary:
This position is for dev support engineer and GRC standard implementation support. The person will be working with Infor support team, PM and Engineering team on development support activities and also closely working on GRC standard implementation from development side.
