Requisite Industry certification needed for this Position ? ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager Role- Manual Tester • Candidate should have minimum 3+ Years of Testing Experience. • Knowledge on back-end testing and client/server application testing • Strong hands-on experience on Regression Testing with speed and agility. • Sound understanding and experience of full Software Testing Lifecycle • Practical experience of building test environments • Strong data analysis skills to identify defects as per business requirements. • Continuously plan to improve Test Coverage using new ideas and/or tools. • Coordinate with Application SMEs for validation and functional understanding • Work with Development and Support teams to establish reusable Testing solutions • Good understanding and experience with agile development methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
