Good communication skills and Stakeholder management
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, user story / use case development and knowledge of working in requirements modelling tools
Should have knowledge on working in Agile methodology
Should have worked across various SDLC stages of client engagements with Agile methodologies
Insurance Industry certifications # AINS, AICPCU etc.
Nice to have work experience on AMS projects
Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in BRDs
Should be able to clarify requirement related doubts from the team
Should be able to provide application demos to different client stakeholders
Should have good understanding of performance optimization and tuning.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Good time-management skills
