- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS products
- Expertise in user-centred design principles, usability, and user research methodologies. Demonstrated experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Figma
- Deep understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design. Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members effectively
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- A passion for design and a relentless drive for crafting exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs
