Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Some basic knowledge or experience in the following is preferred:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business systems analysis
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green or Black Belts)
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology Delivery methods
- Familiarity or use of statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, SPSS
- Any scripting or programming experience is a plus
