| Technical Skill Set | UX Design in Tech and Digital Industry, Healthcare industry preferrably, Figma, Sketch, JavaScript, CSS, HTML , Typescript, Vue.js , Angular.js , Postman, Github or Google Cloud Build, Creativity , Agile methodologies. |
| Roles & Responsibilities | Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. |
| Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. | |
| Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces using Figma. | |
| Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions. | |
| Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. | |
| 7 – 10 years of UX design in a tech or digital environment. Familiarity with the Healthcare industry is a significant advantage, though not mandatory. | |
| Expertise in Figma. Familiarity with Sketch and other design tools. | |
| Strong portfolio showcasing standout designs and projects. | |
| Ability to conceptualize design ideas through sketches, prototypes, and wireframes. | |
| Excellent visual design skills, emphasizing user-system interaction. | |
| Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and TypeScript. | |
| Familiarity with UI component frameworks like Vue.js or AngularJS. | |
| Optional: Experience interacting with APIs using tools like Postman. | |
| Optional: Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub or Google Cloud Build. | |
| Strong problem-solving capabilities, both creatively and effectively. | |
| Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders. | |
| Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. | |
